Hypothetically speaking, if I ever witnessed a cat attacking a rabbit I would grab it, pointlessly toy with it then hold it down and slowly break its neck, much as it would do to the rabbit!

A cat has instincts to kill, so as to get food and survive. A cat is an animal, and doesn't realize that it is killing, only that it is getting food. If a human killed a cat, it would be wrong and cruel, not natural and instinctive, and it would be a major felony. Don't go killing cats, it's wrong.

As an Officer i can say without hesitation that if anyone were to do such a thing you would get more time in jail than some would for murder of their own kind.... think on that before you go around torturing animals for your own twisted unnatural pleasure....

lol @ Sheriff John Burnell. Last time I checked I'm sure there was a longer sentence for murdering a person than there was an animal
